Catalogue integrations activate in minutes from your panel. A custom development is usually in production within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the system's complexity and the actions the AI must perform.
What if my tool isn't in the catalogue?add
We build it. If your system has an API we connect it directly; if not, we find the most practical route (exports, database, Zapier or Make). Tell us your case in the form and we'll confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Do integrations cost extra?add
Catalogue integrations are included in your plan. Custom developments are quoted after the discovery phase, with a fixed price before we start.
Does my data leave Quantum?add
Only the data you authorise, and only to the systems you connect. Each integration uses its own credentials, which you can revoke at any time, and all traffic is encrypted.
Can I disconnect an integration whenever I want?add
Yes. From the Quantum panel you can disable any integration instantly. Your conversation history stays intact.
Who maintains the integration if my system changes?add
We do. Custom integrations include support and maintenance: if your vendor changes its API or you upgrade versions, we adapt it.
